Camera Consumables – Sales Assistant

Job type: full-time, fixed-term – maternity leave cover

ARRI Rental is looking to appoint a Consumables Sales Assistant to cover maternity leave.

Based within our on-site store in Uxbridge you will help in the daily operation of our consumable supplies business, undertaking tasks ranging from checking off deliveries and dealing with order enquiries to ensuring that the shelves of the store are fully stocked and well presented.

Role responsibilities
• Establish and maintain working relationships with new and existing clients, promoting ARRI Rental and its range of consumable products
• Act as principal contact for camera crews and production companies, ensuring a high level of customer service
• Fulfil website orders
• Manage stock levels, maintaining adequate quantities within the department

Knowledge and skills requirements
• Awareness of industry products preferred
• Proven retail experience essential, with working knowledge of stock management

Candidate profile
• The successful applicant will be self-motivated, highly organised and have excellent communication and customer service skills
• Candidates must also have excellent time management skills as they will have to work to tight deadlines. The role is ‘hands on’ and the ability to carry out manual handling activities is essential
